Appointments for Psychotherapy and Clinical Social Work are booked on in Oakville and Burlington.  Short-term treatment will typically consist of 4 to 12 sessions while some other issues may require longer-term treatment and this will be discussed at the onset of therapy.

Individual Counselling Standard Fee per 50-minute session:

Couple and Family Counselling Assessment and Standard Fee per 50-minute session:

Social Work Note Administrative Fee:

Payment for medical report writing and return to work documentation will be charged on an hourly basis.

All fees have been set as recommended by the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW). If you cancel an appointment within 24-hours or miss an appointment you will be billed for the session.

Payment may be made in person using cash, credit card, and Interac e-Transfer. Also, you may make a payment in advance if desired.

The last 10 minutes of our time together will be used to take care of billing and book your next appointment if required. Service fees may be subject to change each year as advised.

My electronic system records all sessions that have occurred, all charges made, and all payments received. A receipt is created for every payment received and includes my name, professional designations and registration numbers.  Generally speaking, this payment receipt is the documentation required by insurance companies to process claims. Receipts will be provided by email unless a paper receipt is requested or email is unavailable.

If you would like assistance in understanding the coverage available to you in your plan, please speak with me.

Please check with your insurers prior to your session to see if there are any specific requirements for your paperwork, as receipts will not be amended once created.
